Ahahah I understand that those words in English do sound very rude and entitled, but I can assure you that if I would ever said that to the woman I would be treating her with the Portuguese word “senhora” which in my culture is the highest words for respect to someone older than you …

Só, honestly I would be talking to her very politely.

And no I’m not a Karen Thank God… also because this isn’t America , and while personalities are somehow transversal those American women who you call Karen are somehow special.

I associate that name with People who vote for Trump and complain about anything, and in politics I’m on the completely other side . And socially speaking I hate confrontations . I honestly wished that I would have an answer ready to say it whenever someone is rude to me or says something stupid. I just get quiet;upset but quiet my voice doesn’t even come out.

Now I never talked to her, like I have written neither do I approach a teenager if I’m in the city saying to lower down the volume of the music . Imagination is free and we can do whatever we want with it and we can’t control it .

Do I find it annoying and silly being playing music out loud on your phone in public spaces? Of course and if you don’t lucky you .
