I don’t know but maybe 10 she would. We’re you paying social security and etc? If so 20 euros sounds fair. The minimum wage isn’t just that, all the rights and health insurance are there already. If it was only something she did once I maybe find ok… maybe 20 is a lot but at least 15 sounds ok.
