Incredible, isn't it? It's everywhere indeed. My husband says so many houses or appartments that are sold also to lots of arabs, from Saudi Arabia, are just a way for them to get visas into Europe. They buy and they don't live there nor they rent to anyone. You have apartements sold with prices that locals could never afford, to people who don't live even there. Ghost city!
