…treat women who aren’t mothers differently than women who are — especially those over the age of 35? Trust me when I say you can be in your forties and have people treat you as if you aren’t a “real” adult simply because you haven’t “accomplished” what a real adult woman is “supposed” to accomplish. (Having babies, in case you didn’t catch that.)
