The village drunkard died. He made the others rejoice at popular festivities by getting drunk so much that he would dance around a circle, sometimes getting almost naked. He was the center of all attention. Everybody pointed their fingers at the poor wretch. Laughing their asses off.
But those were the idiotic, the ones who laughed at him. The whole scene had nothing amusing, it was pitiable instead. But…
